We sourced this special coffee from our friends at Yellow Rooster. As an importer, they’ve worked closely with this coffee’s producer, Juan Puerta.

Juan calls this coffee Spumm (pronounced spoom), a transliterated and shortened version of the Spanish word, “espuma,” meaning foam, which encapsulates Juan’s goal to design a flavor profile resembling champagne (which has become the namesake for our rendition of this coffee in honor of Juan’s work.)
